Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Cartanza Affiliate Program! These terms outline the rules and responsibilities for participating in our affiliate program. By joining, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have an active website, social media presence, or another platform suitable for promoting Cartanza.
Cartanza reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at our discretion.

2. Commissions & Payouts

Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 20% on each successful referral on all eCommerce products and 20% on the first completed month of a paid subscription.
Payment Schedule: Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for earnings from the previous month.
Minimum Payout Threshold: You must have a minimum of $50 in earned commissions to receive a payout.
Payment Method: Payments are made via PayPal, or other agreed-upon method.
Self-referrals: Affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own purchases.

3. Tracking & Attribution

Each affiliate is assigned a unique tracking link.
A referral must sign up within 30 days of clicking your link for you to earn a commission.
Cartanza is not responsible for tracking issues due to cookie blockers or other technical limitations.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

Engage in false or misleading advertising about Cartanza.
Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading tactics to promote Cartanza.
Run paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) using "Cartanza" or related keywords.
Offer unauthorized discounts or promotions.
Engage in any fraudulent activity to manipulate commissions.

5. Branding & Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may use Cartanza logos, banners, and official promotional materials.
Do not modify our branding assets without permission.
Any misrepresentation of Cartanza’s services may result in removal from the program.

6. Termination

Cartanza reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms.
If an affiliate account is terminated, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Cartanza makes no guarantees regarding the amount of commissions an affiliate can earn.
Cartanza is not liable for any damages arising from an affiliate’s participation in the program.
Affiliates operate as independent entities and are not considered employees or agents of Cartanza.

8. Modification of Terms

Cartanza reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

By signing up for the Cartanza Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
